Council of Ministers Decrees All Flower Farms Must be Certified.

There is no lack of environmental laws and regulations in the country and it is self evident that the real problem is not lack of capacity of execution. Substantial part of the real problem lies in the lack of willingness which in itself is the result of a short term economic gain.

Now the government seems serious and there are some indications that it is preparing to take measures against one of the major sectors responsible for environmental pollution: The Flower industry (Horticulture)
