I went through the question and replies and all are perfect. But I have question but i cannot refer to the Article,But i need your reply if you get it.
There is a man got injury while walking at 8 pm and the area is under construction. The constructor didn’t finalize the the construction. Thus the man got in the hole that was left for water pip.
The man accused the company fro the injury ,by a law of ” liability ” Thus the man is at the age of 60s. How does the compensation will be calculated?

It was expired on 23-12-2014.Now I want to come to Ethiopia again on teaching Job.My employer says that , according to new guidelines I must cancel my expired resident permit by  approaching immigration authorities in Addis for which I have to travel to addis on tourist./Business VISA and then I should  go back to my country   and return  to Addis to obtain the work visa.Is it so? Is there no other means to cancel my expired resident/work permit? can I depute my friend to do this work?  Please  guide me. Kindly guide me properly.thanks and regards,Dr.MS.
