Corrigendum No. 15-2020

Article 88(4) of Labour Proclamation No. 1156/2019 which read as “Where a pregnant worker does not deliver within the 30 working days of her pre-natal leave, she is entitled to an additional leave until her confinement in accordance with Sub-Article (2) of this Article. However, if birth takes place before the expiry of the pre-natal leave, the 90 working days of postnatal leave shall commence.” is hereby corrected and shall be read as “Where a pregnant worker does not deliver within the 30 consecutive days of her pre-natal leave, she is entitled to an additional leave until her confinement in accordance with Sub-Article (2) of this Article. However, if birth takes place before the expiry of the pre-natal leave, the 90 consecutive days of postnatal leave shall commence.”

የአሠሪና ሠራተኛ ጉዳይ አዋጅ ቁጥር ፩ሺ፩፻፶፮/፪ሺ፲፩ አንቀጽ ፹፰ (፬)“ሠራተኛዋ ከመውለዷ በፊት የወሰደችው

የ፴ የሥራ ቀናት የቅድመ፣ ወሊድ ፈቃድ ሲያልቅ ካልወለደች እስከምትወልድበት ቀን ድረስ በዚህ አንቀጽ ንዑስ አንቀጽ (፪) መሠረት እረፍት ልታገኝ ትችላለች፡፡ የ፴ የሥራ ቀናት የቅድመ-ወሊድ ፈቃዷ ሳያልቅ ከወለደች ፺ የሥራ ቀናት የድህረ ወሊድ ፈቃዷ ይጀምራል፡፡ የተባለው “ሠራተኛዋ ከመውለዷ በፊት የወሰደችው የ፴ ተካታታይ ቀናት የቅድመ፣ ወሊድ ፈቃድ ሲያልቅ ካልወለደች እስከ ምትወልድበት ቀን ድረስ በዚህ አንቀጽ ንዑስ አንቀ (፪) መሠረት እረፍት ልታገኝ ትችላለች፡፡ የ፴ ተከታታይ ቀናት የቅድመ-ወሊድ ፈቃዷ ሳያልቅ ከወለደች ፺ ተከታታይ ቀናት የድህረ-ወሊድ ፈቃዷ ይጀምራል፡፡”ተብሎ ይነበብ።
