It cannot be considered unethical if the lawyer files a lawsuit based on the evidence received from the client in advance and then revises the lawsuit based on new circumstances. The lawyer can be said to have filed the lawsuit in a way that is not based on his professional responsibility to the profession and the general society if it is well established that he filed the lawsuit in a manner that is not based on the factual evidences presented to him by the client.
