Disposal
(R17/97) means the sale or transfer of public property to another party or scrap of public property
(P649/09) mean the transfer of public property to another person by sale or other means or the act of getting rid of public property by burning or burying
(P674/2010) means any operation to recycle, neutralize, destroy or isolate pesticide waste, used containers or contaminated materials
Disposal of Goods

(P60/97) shall mean the act of destroying or cause to be destroyed goods that can not or should not be used by burning, burying or eliminating by any other mean
(P622/09) means the act of destroying goods by way of burning or otherwise or transfer of goods through sale or otherwise
(P859/2014) means transferring of goods through sale, donation or by any bther means or the act of destroying goods by way of burning or otherwise
(A) Distinguishing mark (Com.C. Art. 140 Sub Art 1) is the name, designation, sign or emblem affixed on the premises where the trade is carried on which clearly designates the business

(A) Documentary credit (Com.C. Art 959 sub Art 1) is a credit opened by a bank providing for payment against presentation of specified documents to the opening bank or to its agent. Goods represented by such documents maybe held and disposed of by the bank in accordance with the terms agreed between the bank and its principal
